Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I am an HR Consultant and have multiple clients who use Paylocity. I have helped them create and formalize everything from their onboarding packets to their performance review processes in the system. Most of these companies had informal, paper processes, which have now been streamlined and automated in Paylocity.
- Easy to use/user friendly
- Customer service team always picks up calls within a reasonable time
- Has most HR functional areas covered through their system modules.
- Take too long to respond to certain technical issues
- certain features available but cannot be used fully such as workflows outside of onboarding
- Less paper used since processes more automated
- Less time spent by employees on figuring out how to submit a document (e.g. request for time off)
Automated PTO requests, automated onboarding packets, currently about to automate performance management
Surveys is the one that we have used and is working really well and there is much room to use this to obtain feedback from all levels of employees on multiple subjects. Still have not used the others, but plan to in 2023.
Paylocity is definitely most user friendly out of all the platforms I have worked in and the flow of the information and various modules, to me, make most sense as organized within Paylocity.
