Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity basically for Time and Attendance and Payroll Processing and Tax Reporting. There are many other features we'd like to use but find the level of the customer service team to vary greatly and often find it difficult to get the correct answer or resolve an issue if it's anything slightly complicated.
- The basic flow and layout of the product is user friendly
- Delivery is always on time
- Product is seldom down
- Dedicated service team would be nice so they get to know their clients better
- Do not allow inexperienced Customer Service Trainees to take calls
- Faster turn around time with a service call when they can't resolve it easily
- Reduced Time
- Better data
The Electronic Onboarding has streamlined all the paperwork and saved a lot of time.
Have not used these tools yet. But I'm very interested in learning more as time goes on.
I have used numerous products over the years. Paylocity is much more user friendly then the other products.
