Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use the HR & Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management. We replaces a PEO with Paylocity as our full HRIS.
Pros
- Easy to set up new positions
- Onboarding is great, once set up
Cons
- Customer Service- we will probably look for other options because of how bad the CS has been. Getting simple questions answered takes days and account managers are rude. It honestly feels like our current HR & Payroll rep, deliberately wont help us, and forces us to call the helpdesk instead.
- Integration. The internal platforms should talk to each other better. We were told they did by our sales person but having to enter the same information in Time & Labor, that you entered in HR & Payroll is not ideal.
- Helping companies figure out how to use the platform better. We ask for help and are directed to the knowledge base but that is usually unhelpful. We don't know how to use things better and it feels like everyone we talk to doesn't care.
- Knowledgeable account managers. We get passed around with any question we have and it really feels like we can rarely get hold of someone who knows about more than one specific thing.
The onboarding process has been a big help. I have yet to have anyone be willing to help us figure out how to use the workflows better.
We cant focus on that because we are still trying to get the basics to work.
