Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I have used Paylocity for my ATS, HRIS, and Payroll. It is user friendly and easy to train others on. The Community section has increased employee engagement and retention significantly this year and incorporating the use of video has increased company awareness within and outside of our company.

I am seeing new collaborations between co workers every day!

  • Saves both time and money by automating processes
Saved me a great deal of time processing payroll and managing employee data which allows me to better develop relationships with coworkers.
Our company picnic had over 90% attendance with employees this year due to using community to promote the picnic and using surveys to easily RSVP to the event.
Paylocity is so much easier to use and automates many of the daily HR functions allowing me to focus more on individual employees.

I think it is very well suited for companies with 25 or more employees. In my opinion, not very well suited for very small companies.
