8 - Upper and middle level management positions.
1 - A few with limited IT knowledge and experience to very experienced staff members. Individuals with limited knowledge can navigate to complete time management tasks fairly easily within the system. These individuals are the ones who have saved the most time by our change and upgrades to Paypro.

Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - Not sure the statement is worded correctly. Did we have and organizational change - yes. Was it significant - yes, previously managers were completing timekeeping by hand and the payroll person was completing all edits, requests and HR issues.

- not sure what you mean by "elegant" if that's a reporting or visual point then I find the system is average.
- Changing sorting and searching reporting capabilities - not difficult but could be improved.
