Overall Satisfaction with PCRecruiter

PCRecruiter is used by our entire organization to keep track of all facets of executive search.
  • PCRecruiter's integration with Outlook and social media is excellent and seamless.
  • Capture of data without having to perform double entry is excellent.
  • It is completely scalable, from single user to multiple.
  • Reporting functionality is easy to understand and implement.
  • Integration with our website was easy and implemented in a matter of minutes.
  • The platform allows us to use the tool on desktops, tablets, etc.
  • PCRecruiter could improve its reposting of items in social media - currently you need to go in to repost to your activity in things like LinkedIn.
  • PCRecruiter has automated and simplified many processes that used to be done manually in our business. Capture of data through parsing, capture of profiles through social media, etc. has all been been made easier.
  • The posting editor is Word based which eliminated having to know HTML code.
PCRecruiter doesn't lock me into an enterprise approach (having to purchase blocks of licences vs. individual licenses). It's implementation was far easier based on past experiences.
PCRecruiter is well suited whether you conduct direct hire only, temp/contractors, or are blended. From sales to support, this group knows their product well and implement it quickly and efficiently working around your schedule.

This was a mix of both Mind Sequence and ourselves implementing it. Using the ASP version is extremely simple and they told us how to organize our data for import.

Using PCRecruiter

Great functionality, there is too much to understand about the tool, wish there was a users conference.

PCRecruiter Reliability

I have had little to no downtime with PC Recruiter (except for planned maintenance). Whether I am using it on my laptop or the mobile versions (iPad and Android based phone), I am able to get to my information quickly and easily
