Overall Satisfaction with PCRecruiter
It is being used for our recruiting department and operations. It is our ATS for our recruiting needs and operations use it to track open positions.
- Interacts with our internal proprietary software system
- It parses candidate info from resources online such as LinkedIn
- Interacts and works well with RingCentral
- Like using roll up lists
- Searching features could be improved
- Less steps in entering information
- Logs you out frequently
- [I feel there are] too many steps and takes a lot of time, wastes time, negative impact
- Adapt by Bullhorn (formerly Bond AdaptUX) and ZipRecruiter
PCRecruiter is better software than Adapt, however, to track and use job postings ZipRecruiter wins that one. ZipRecruiter is much easier to use and easier to search with. PCRecruiter's searching capabilities fall short compared to other systems.
