Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io
As we made a migration from a Java-based administration console to a web-based one, we needed a way to track how our users would interact with the site so that we could instill continuous improvement on the site. We evaluated many companies but chose Pendo.io in the end to serve our needs.

In using Amplitude, we found that the data set provided was not as comprehensive as that of Pendo.io's. We also found that the initial setup of the application across our sites and how to get their dashboard up and running was not as intuitive as it was with Pendo.io.
