Overall Satisfaction with PeopleGoal

PeopleGoal was selected from an initial assessment of about 8 other solutions. It is currently being rolled out across different regions and countries based on the maturity of the business. It has been in use for about 2.5 years in the business. The aim is for the whole organization to embrace the solution and implement as a priority item across all locations.

We had an admin heavy, tick in the box approach to people management. It was imperative to have this changed to drive exponential change and growth in the business which was a business priority - introducing and driving a performance culture with a system enabling discussions and driving performance as opposed to the other way round.
