Overall Satisfaction with PeopleGuru HCM

Our company utilizes PeopleGuru HCM for payroll, new hire processing, time keeping, and benefits. I now have one system that takes care of all of my human resource functions.
  • One system for all human resource functions.
  • Easy ticketing function if you have an issue with the software.
  • Cost effective option.
  • Less cumbersome wizard processes.
  • More user friendly HELP guides, more detail on where to find items or fields.
  • Bullet point steps to correct a system entry, some explanations are too long and do not provide examples (some processes are written for experienced users not newly onboarded).
  • Less expensive option.
Everything I asked for was implemented into our portal. I am anxious to use the benefits feature in August during open enrollment.
PeopleGuru HCM is a not stop experience. I did not have to utilize multiple systems for all my data.

All in all, PeopleGuru HCM is an excellent option for businesses in the cannabis field as most banking companies are not able to support a cannabis company at this time. The onboarding process is well orchestrated but it does require a lot of work by the end user prior to launching the system for live use. At times, I felt like I was being pressured to get data at PeopleGuru HCM's timeline in order to launch their product. My interaction with the training team was good except their trainer was difficult to understand at times due to a very thick accent.

My implementation contact was easy to work with but at times I felt like she was put out if I was unable to meet her timeframes.

Yes - It appears to be resolved.
I had an issue where an employee gave me the wrong banking account number. I was able to open a ticket with support who in turn was able to get the money returned in 72 hours.

Some processes are cumbersome and the help guide does not offer all solutions.
