Overall Satisfaction with PeopleSoft Financials

We used it as an organization-wide solution. We mainly used it as a controller solution but used the highly customizable database to run payments, create invites and custom reports.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Profitability Analysis
  • Scheduling and managing employees
  • Payroll and timesheets
  • Some of the reports are not as customizable as we would like
  • Not a super modern display/not intuitive
  • Definitely need training can't jump in unexperienced
  • This has had great ROI on our organization as we are able to manage the efficiency of the team
PeopleSoft has made reporting on employees a breeze. From scheduling to hours worked to payroll plus file storage - this is the all in one solution.
