Overall Satisfaction with PFL Direct Mail Platform

We use PFL's Direct Mail Platform to scale our direct mail outreach with our BDRs and AEs to create meaningful touchpoints with our customers while removing friction in enabling the field. This speeds up their outreach, increases opportunities, and buoys marketing's relationship with sales while improving their experience and saving them time.

I'm not super familiar with the particular, but our very custom implementation of some of our systems do provide some challenges for full integration. We are able to see things like pipeline reporting very easily, and work closely with PFL around insights on inventory. From a seller's perspective, it's seamless.
