Overall Satisfaction with PI Behavioral Assessment

We're using PI at Formstack to assess job fit for to-be Formstackers, helping managers better motivate their team members, and for conflict resolution.
  • It's so accurate! Rarely have I come across an individual that disagrees with the assessment.
  • Conflict Resolution: It's great at removing the people from conflict and focusing on the behavior. Conflicts are resolved much faster.
  • Management Coaching: It's fantastic at helping managers understand what they may be doing to motivate or demotivate their team members.
  • Providing some additional performance coaching resources.
  • Making it easier for anyone to read the pattern, not just an analyst.
  • Provide more practical application tips to impact business outcomes.
  • We're able to make smarter hiring decisions.
  • We've missed some potentially good hires who refuse to take the assessment because it asks you to identify your gender.
We haven't used any other assessments to compare against it. We've been in love with PI since we started.
