Overall Satisfaction with Picatic
We use Picatic to promote most of our firm's promotional and client events. Our marketing department uses it exclusively in this manner and as such, most of our advisor network has embraced the Picatic technology. The platform does a great job of both promoting the event and tracking the targeted guest list which previously was done manually by our staff.
- Intuitive layout of the site. They have done a nice job of making the platform easy to navigate for any user using their services.
- Very responsive online service support. Whenever we have had questions in the past, some from the Picatic team was responded immediately, and were personable and professional.
- The site is versatile in that you can embed not only images but video as well which can really make a dynamic presentation for the viewer or intended audience.
- Not a con but a request would be the ability to have a way to be able to have 2 separate events pulled up simultaneously.
- We introduced this technology to our firm approximately 1 year ago when we were preparing for our firm's annual client appreciation event. Until that point the largest crowd we had drawn for such an event was a little over 115. However with the help of Picactic, we secured 400 attendees which led specifically to new business with existing clients and prospective clients.
Have haven't used any other platforms.
