Overall Satisfaction with PiiQ by Cornerstone

We use PiiQ mostly within our consultant organisation and for performance, competence and evaluation of employees. PiiQ helps us to support development and evaluation of employees and also support employees regarding their next development step.
  • Easy overview for different roles
  • Easy to manage
  • Helpful support when needed
  • Sometimes hard to guide ourselves to find solutions or why things in PiiQ work the way you think they should.
  • Better development discussion between manager and consultants
  • Could have been even higher if the support was in Europe and not so big time differences.
  • Miss also the possibility to have easy phone support.
Use PiiQ for companies when you have clear roles and competence profiles, where I could see PiiQ fulfills expectations. Good to have developing discussions using PiiQ as a good support/tool for deepening and formulating next development step.
