Overall Satisfaction with PiiQ by Cornerstone

We currently use PiiQ by Cornerstone to manage performance reviews across the whole organization.
  • User-friendly.
  • It's easy to update goals and to complete reviews.
  • We're able to have peer reviews.
  • Adding new roles and assigning goals to each specific role can be time-consuming.
  • We would like to be able to have the option of typing the weights.
  • Professional development.
  • Employee efficiency.
  • Learning and training plans.
PiiQ is really user-friendly, and I find it easy to work with. Recent versions have improved the appearance and some other minor issues.
The support team is always available to help and support our needs.
PiiQ is well suited for small organizations where the manager and the employee can easily complete this process and then meet to discuss.
