Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive

Great lightweight CRM system that can be set up in an hour and leveraged to increase sales quickly. It's basically just a flat relational database that can be viewed as a pipeline. Think of three spreadsheets that are linked together. There is even a spreadsheet view that lets you view your sales data in a coherent format.

  • Their partner program is not retroactive. we have referred them a lot of business we don't get credit for!
  • Pipedrive has increased our sales and deal velocity

Pipedrive is cheaper and more flexible.
Pipedrive is a great starter CRM for organizations who haven't quite defined their sales technology needs yet. You don't need to pay to customize it, nor can you customize it that much beyond the addition of fields and stages to your pipeline. I would recommend using it to clearly define your use cases before upgrading to something like Salesforce.
