Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive

We use Pipedrive daily as a tool for forecasting the upcoming business.
  • Forecasting.
  • Compiling data on individual salespersons.
  • email is difficult to synch.
  • Sorting of deals is not intuitive.
  • Easy to compile forecast for the bankers to see.
  • Tracking of opportunities and reminders of activity is helpful.
Pipedrive was being used by a sister company and recommended. Not sure how a one on one trial would go. I like Outlook for email and Pipedrive is weak when synching with Outlook
For an organization with a lot of salespeople, Pipedrive is an excellent way to track activity and results. I can't seem to appreciate the CRM aspect of Pipedrive

Evaluating Pipedrive and Competitors

A Sister company was using Pipedrive.
Maybe use a product with a stronger email component.
