Pipedrive has great functionalities, it allows us to resolve our sales management, customer database. email marketing management and contacts are also managed very well, it had simple integrations and is very easy to use for our team. Pipedrive also helps our sales team to create sales funnel and getting the best results possible, which is again amazing.

Pipedrive is not complex at all, our sales team finds it simple and easy to use, appreciating the fact that we have all the updates on the CRM about the daily tasks done by our sales team for each contact. It has improved the productivity of our sales team. Simply superb.
Support is good so far, provide you online instructions, complimentary tools, and set up videos just in case we have to do it on our own.
I would highly recommend it despite a few missing features as this has helped our sales team a lot in saving time, it is affordable. It manages customer data and also ensures that we have a sales funnel at the end, giving us prospects at the end. The mobile application has been a plus here as can be accessed from anywhere.
