Overall Satisfaction with Pipefy
We use Pipefy as project management and agile dev software. We have been using it for around a year and a half. In general, it is an easy-to-use and implement software that has made the process of developing our application easier. It has a few small issues but overall is very good.

Pipefy was suggested by our new developer and we switched from Freshdesk. It was a lot better looking and easy to navigate. We used Google Forms at first but that isn't really what you should be using to keep track of bugs. Freshdesk focused more on the outside of the application (i.e. users who submitted tickets) where Pipefy helped more on the internal dev team side and gave enough features to keep the normal users involved.
