I use Pipefy to manage requests that other teams have for my team. It helps me receive the correct and complete information and also to validate all steps that the request must go through before delivering it back to the team. Pipefy helps me to alert the requester along the way on how it's being developed.

Pipefy is very process-oriented and not task or project-oriented. Other tools might offer different views such as the Gantt chart that makes a lot of sense if the project you are working on requires it. But Pipefy is better when the complexity of the process demands automation and validation before moving on with the card.
