Overall Satisfaction with PitchBook
I use PitchBook every day in my role. I use it to gather information about early to middle stage startups, funding news, organizational changes, leadership contact information, etc. PitchBook is a great resource when looking for startup funding alerts and upcoming deals. Great for building reports and account mapping with sales leadership.

CB Insights is good for getting a wide view of market trends and a forecast of what will be bubbling up in the near terms. PitchBook is more granular, enabling sales teams to dive into specific companies and where they're at as an organization, plus PitchBook typically has decent contact information for leaderships teams.
