Overall Satisfaction with PlanGrid
PlanGrid is used by the field for plan management only. We distribute documents to the field to make sure everyone is using current plans. Punchlist is done this way. We also generally walk an area and mark up what needs to be corrected then assign a contact or sub symbol to complete in PlanGrid.

Cons
- Unlicensed client access for issue corrections
- Mark up tools. Need symbols that relate to construction industry (outlet, fire alarm, light switch, drain etc.) that can be selected from a list to update better on redline drawings
- Issue symbols should not be limited to 2 characters. I have run into several scenarios that I need a 3rd character to identify the issue symbol with
- Our ROI has been about net-zero with the cost compared to the production from our field. This would increase if a license was not needed for our subs to access the issues.
Compared on pricing, PlanGrid was best. Procore does submittals and pay apps, but GoBridgit was completely unrealistic in price for us to consider them. The overall use of PlanGrid along with current pricing makes it worthwhile for us. If pricing goes up, it would no longer be a viable option as we have so many other internal systems that handle our needs.
