Overall Satisfaction with Planview Portfolios
I use Planview to estimate workload and perform long term analysis when an effort might require new people. We also use this tool for budgeting allocations which is very helpful
- easy to use interface
- love the color changes when a person is over allocated
- love the ability to select timesheets
- the font sizes need to be changed because very difficult to read
- there are multiple items called "timesheets' which need to change
- feels like there are overlaps in services
- great visualization of estimates
- forecasting is easy to follow
- searching is great
- easy to manage and learn
- fast onboarding and learning
- intuitive once you find the right paths
- i wish we could remove unnecessary tabs
planner is great but doesn't have the level of integration to jira and other components. Planview has an easy to use and intuitive interface. I really enjoy being able to search for products and timesheets to compare my forecasts with the actual numbers. The color coded forecast is great and is easy to visualize when someone is over allocated
