Overall Satisfaction with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas)
We use it primarily for portfolio management and for resource allocations across our centralized IT division. We also do quite a bit of reporting to management and provide project status updates via PPM Pro. We track project requests up through the approval process when they are promoted to projects.

PPM Pro is really the only portfolio management tool that I've used so it's hard to compare. MS Project doesn't really compare to the feature set that PPM Pro offers.
