Overall Satisfaction with Playvox
Playvox is being utilized to analyze phone calls and emails when agents have public communication with our customer base. It is being used by the whole organization, from agents who are graded to team leads and trainers who coach agents, to our quality assurance team that is grading the employees' work. It addresses our need to ensure the quality of work from our agents.
Pros
- Tracks changes.
- Very user friendly.
- Makes for a fair environment.
Cons
- Smaller font sizes for certain pages.
- Positive impact is that quality is assured.
- Positive impact is that agents are treated fairly.
- Positive impact is that analysts have a very user friendly experience.
This will by the first Workforce Engagement Management software I have utilized before.
