Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox is being utilized to analyze phone calls and emails when agents have public communication with our customer base. It is being used by the whole organization, from agents who are graded to team leads and trainers who coach agents, to our quality assurance team that is grading the employees' work. It addresses our need to ensure the quality of work from our agents.

  • Smaller font sizes for certain pages.
  • Positive impact is that quality is assured.
  • Positive impact is that agents are treated fairly.
  • Positive impact is that analysts have a very user friendly experience.
This will by the first Workforce Engagement Management software I have utilized before.

Playvox is well suited for our Quality Assurance Analyst role because it allows us to evaluate the quality of work produced by our agents. It is also well suited to provide a fair environment for agents, Team Leads, and analysts that are all involved in an evaluation. The ability to dispute and for disputes to be final is what creates this fair environment.
