Overall Satisfaction with Podio
Podio is used across the whole organization. We use it for all teams currently to coordinate everything from content tasks, SEO tasks, design tasks, support tasks, and all items related to launching a new website. We also use it for social media tasks, and all other realms that our company is involved in.
- Documents feedback, keeps tasks organized under a particular entity.
- Notifying team members when something is needed (assuming you tag them).
- Support Ticket documentation.
- Unless you setup a set email folder for new Podio notifications, it is easy for some notifications to get lost when you need a team member to know about something.
- Attachment limit size per task- 100MB- a bit too small.
- Seems to be having a lot of downtime lately
- It's been mostly positive for the company, but we are always reviewing other options
- I cannot speak to ROI, but I know the tool is used by everyone, and costs are justified
- Some people express frustration with missing notifications
