Overall Satisfaction with PowerDialer for Salesforce, from XANT (formerly InsideSales.com)
We use PowerDialer for our click-to-call software for all sales reps in Salesforce. It helps to automate the dialing and logging of calls between reps and customers.
- Click-to-call.
- Auto-log calls.
- Performance and speed could be better.
- Call quality could be improved.
- Speeds up call time for reps.
- Speeds up time between calls since reps dont have to manually log the call.
On par with the best tools out there but we are evaluating others as well.
