Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS
We use PowerDMS to manage our departmental forms and policies and other reference documents used by the agency. Our Accreditation Team also uses the software to manage all aspects of our accreditation program compliance. All employees use PowerDMS to automate training requests and many other intra-departmental communications via the PowerDMS approval workflow feature.

Yes - In the 5+ years we have used the system, I have only had to call support a few times, and every time I was met with immediate help and a kind attitude.
During the onboarding process I was in charge of training almost 400 users on how to use the system. I had numerous support staff available to me anytime for any questions or assistance I needed. They helped me set up my site exactly how we wanted to use it.

- Attaching files to documents in workflows, not in a training request
- The PowerDMS Author plug-in (Edit on Desktop) seems to update and require installation very frequently. Since all of our users use that function on a regular basis it makes editing a document in the system much more cumbersome than it needs to be.
Yes - Yes, it has limited functionality but signing off on documents is a breeze!
