Overall Satisfaction with PowerReviews
Today we are using PowerReviews for onsite ratings/reviews. It is primarily being used by our eCommerce department. We have historically had some struggles with sizing and returns so the onsite reviews help to mitigate some of that and address customer concerns before purchase.

- Scheduling more frequent business reviews
- It helps provide insight into sizing/quality issues with certain styles
- Helps understand what customers like/want more of from us
- TurnTo Community Q&A and Turn To
Account Management is pretty comparable; pleased with both experiences. The Turn To interface seemed a bit more user-friendly but no real complaints with regard to PowerReviews.
