Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

I use Printfection mostly for drop shipping swag to events. Other teams use it for sending one-off client gifts and internally for employee swag and welcome kits. As a totally remote organization, it's nice to have items available on-demand where we can go online and place an order without having to keep an inventory ourselves somewhere.
  • Rolls t-shirt orders and secures with a rubber band with the size on it
  • Proactive communications about ways to save some money with our account when items run out
  • Quick and comprehensive response to questions including quick how to videos
  • I frequently have issues with the platform and have to start an order over several times before it takes.
  • I find the options a bit limited for selecting swag from Printfection
  • I don't find the system intuitive, it's hard to navigate
  • On-demand production
  • Selecting a specific delivery date
  • One place to store all our items for the team to leverage
  • Saves space and time selecting, packing and shipping items
  • It's pricey
  • Helps keep consistency with the brand having one place to place orders
Always a quick and very helpful response. I'm a visual person and I love how they use videos to help explain how to do something. They are very thorough and always happy to help.
It's great to have one place to go for swag needs and order fulfillment.

I really like Printfection for on-demand drop ship orders for events.
Welcome kits for new hires are a great feature.
Has not been great for smaller direct mail pieces that require envelope stuffing, labeling, and mailing.

I submit an issue I'm having and I get a very prompt response from a person that includes and explanation as well as a video of how to address my issues. They are always very polite and make sure that my issue is resolved.

Using Printfection

I frequently have issues with placing orders. Progress is not obvious, and prompts are confusing so I have to start all over again.
