Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We are using it on all new jobs. We have a team who have been learning the ins and outs of the software and will be rolling out training for all other employees this year. It is going to be our main project software and help our field teams and office teams interact far more efficiently.
  • Photos: very easy to upload and share job photos.
  • Minutes: Great layout and again very easy to distribute and share meeting notes.
  • Drawings: Simple layout and even simpler to use.
  • Submittals: Very nice for organizing logs and tables outlining outstanding submittals etc.
  • Submittal Documents: it would be great to be able to mark up drawings in the software rather than having to download from an email and re-upload to Procore, prior to marking it up.
Honestly, have only really used it with us as GC and Architects.. little to no involvement from other parties.

The training videos are very beneficial.
Perfect for large projects with an engaging client.

Using Procore

50 - Almost all process of a construction project are done through Procore - from the submittal process, to RFI's to observations - all in all a great setup! It is a great way to keep all aspects organized and handy when dealing with a vast amount of subcontractors or cliental. Great!
5 - Basically, we have a small group of people who have been involved with Procore since its very inception at our company. They are responsible for helping all other teams and individuals to grasp the Procore way of project control. With the online chat/ procore representative dedicated to our account, there is never a question or concern we cant have answered!
  • Simplifies Submittal process.
  • Simplifies Subcontractor most up to date documentation process.
  • Simplifies Safety and general observations processes.
  • The photo app is fantastic for keeping record of work done.
  • The linking of drawings or RFIs on other drawings is great for quickly navigating between documents.
  • The general ease of use - so much data, easily accessed!
  • We may even look at using Procore on the financial planning side of things, but will know more in time.
  • The project directory may be useful to incorporate into our over all company directory.
  • We may look at refining our transmittal templates etc. for better usage.
Although it is not my decision I will for sure push to keep Procore. As I briefly mentioned, it is simple, works smoothly and anyone can use it! The more you practice using it the more you learn and grow too so regardless of your level you can find ways of making it work in your day to day tasks.

Although I was not directly involved in the purchasing of Procore, I feel the biggest factor in our company's decision to run with Porcore, was the shear usability ease of the product. Anyone can use it, be good at it and in turn increase project success. At the end of the day, what we want as construction professionals is simplicity and efficiency!
I personally would not change a thing. It is important to pick something and keep at it - we just happen to have picked the best one!

Procore Implementation

I was not really involved but so far so good!

Procore Support

The main factor that really impresses me is the whole support staff is honest and genuine. They are pleasant from the word go and seem to really care about their customers.

Provided you are open and willing to learn - it is great. Using the deep dive videos or the short guide videos, they cover all aspects of the product.

Yes - Brilliant for on the go onsite activities and quickly accessing information needed in the moment.
