Ease of Integration

I find it pretty easy to use. Online training is helpful as well. Some of the issues like cross-section could not be identified automatically for scan drawings and were never resolved.

Used across the whole organization. It helps in saving time e.g. RFI Log, Managing document, forwarding email to relevant party etc.

Default external client profile setting is not good
Too many markups on drawings if RFI and CCN is more

Collaboration Benefits

Yes. We tried to send RFI and Submittals to client and consultant, it works well. The only issue is external party needs training that is not easy considering different geographic locations.
