Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Our main goal for using Procore initially was to create a centralized location for all aspects of document control on our projects. Procore has been a great asset to our team to ensure that both office and field staff are on the same page, and it facilitates communication throughout our organization. We're gradually rolling out different features of the app to our team, and, for the most part, the team is receptive to these new processes and learning the functions quickly.

- Integration with our clients that are using Procore to reduce redundancy in document upload and processing.
- Sub-specific RFI tracking. The current system is definitely usable on a subcontractor level, however it's more suited to a general contractor's processes.
- We've reduced redundancy in our document control process saving time throughout our organization.
- We've reduced risk by having a centralized document storage system ensuring our field teams have the most up-to-date documentation for the projects they're on.
We currently haven't integrated third-party software with Procore, but some of the integrations do look promising.
We like how the daily logs are able to be customized to track the things we specifically want documented, while there is a wide range of things that can be added to what we currently use. The daily logs are a great feature of the application.
