Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use Procore for construction jobs. Specifically, it allows us to track how long each job takes, track all expenses, and then determine how much the job is costing per hour.
  • Initial training to use Procore is helpful
  • Able to efficiently track jobs
  • Software is a lot to take in at once
  • Layout can be confusing
  • Central place for project management.
We haven't integrated any other third-party software so far.
It is easier to enter the information but we do not currently have the statistics on the exact impact.
We use each software for different functions.
Procore allows us to manage our jobs and keep important documents in one place while tracking production.

Using Procore

1 - One upper-level management member sets up the accounts for everyone else and troubleshoots with any problems they have

Procore Implementation

Procore Training

The training was broken down into sections and each week you would complete one or two. There were a lot of details to take in and the trainings encompassed a lot. However, the trainings could be improved if it allowed you to interact instead of just listening.
While the online training showed you all the areas, you will still need to spend time learning things yourself.

It requires an initial learning period to figure out all the features but overall usability is good.

Yes - Works well but is formatted different on phones and tablets which can make it hard for users to switch between them.

Procore Reliability

It's currently working well for the current size of our company. As we grow and add more employees, we will continue to evaluate its effectiveness.
We haven't had any issues thus far.
It depends on the service in the area. Most of the time things load relatively quickly.
