Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We are a lighting specialty contractor. We Audit, Design, and Project Manage LED retrofit projects from School Districts, Hospitals, Universities, and Production Facilities. There are constant issues with the current Covid situation as well as material procurement issues that we are running into and trying to overcome. Procore helps with the management of the projects and allows all personnel involved to be informed.
  • Procore allows many users to look at the same information.
  • Procore is mobile friendly being on multiple platforms.
  • With being a specialty contractor we need to use some of the tools differently.
  • Procore has saved us time, in the end here, but the start up was very cost prohibitive.
We have not integrated our QuickBooks because there has only been recently some integration that has been created and we see a lot of potential issues that will happen should we go fully integrated with Procore and Quickbooks. We might revisit this again after the first of the year and see if changes are made.
Being [mobile], daily logs are entered daily and therefore we are up to speed every day and everyone involved knows what is going on. All involved are able to see each others comments and we are able to provide the customer with answers in a real time setting. We are able to prove our worth.
We have not looked into other programs.

Do you think Procore delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Procore's feature set?

Yes

Did Procore live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Procore go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Procore again?

Yes

Procore is well suited for big construction programs where there are many moving parts. Unfortunately, it lacks the small business aspect with honing particular tools within Procore to suit the specific company or project underway. An example would be that we use As-Builts for the projects but in Procore, those need to be uploaded as Punch Lists, therefore, taking away the Punch List function for project closeout.

No, we did not. We do not utilize all of Procore being a specialized contractor
There was an issue with daily logs and they found a bug in the program, fixed it and notified us.
