Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use Procore everyday for most of our construction projects. It makes my work life so much smoother and organized. We manage our submittals, RFIs, all project documents, as-builts, etc. through the software. It allows accountability for our subs and design team to respond to issues and reviews in a timely manner. It keeps track of workflows, and allows me to be able to handle multiple projects at once without issue.

Easy to use by all parties. All the information is easy to see and in one place. Great for communication.

Procore is excellent for medium to large general contractors. Smaller contractors or sub contractors might find it unnecessary. It is a large, robust software, so you want to make sure you get the bang for your buck.

Procore is easy to jump in and get started. It takes a bit more time to be a pro, but they offer tons of training to get you started.
