Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We manage the construction of apartments with retail space in the Denver area. The major problem comes with managing over 300+ people involved in the project and around 10-20 different companies; Procore was a no-brainer to coordinate the entire job with everyone. If everyone is on the same page the project runs smoothly. The most used tool in our project is "Meetings" we lay down the work for the week for every subcontractor and distribute it to Foreman and Managers.
- Punch Item follow ups
- Safety Observations
- Quality Control Observations
- Drawing modifications and red lines.
- Drawings use a lot of storage space in devices
- Attention to detail addressed in Punch Items
- Saving time in turn over process with punch items.
- Submittals reviewed appropriately with work flow.
Our company has not integrated any App yet.
The daily log tool is a game-changer. We are able to track every day's activity accurately with Pictures. Also, in case there is a dispute with any subcontractor we can easily go back and review what was going on that day. Another useful thing about Daily Log is the ability to report weather and be transparent with ownership
