Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is an amazing tool for file organization as well as drawings, RFI's, Submittals, and Change orders. It sends emails after whatever set time you want and keeps everyone accountable for holding up their end of responsibilities. It is also very easy to use for weekly time reports if your license allows it.

Bluebeam is another amazing tool for drawing markups, take-offs, ASIs, and change orders. It is very easy to download drawings and then upload them into Procore for the field to be up to date with any layout drawings that may differ from contract drawings. Another way is to do as- builts at the end of the project and get them to the teams.
I was a project engineer with about 8 or more projects under me at any time with several different General Contractors. Many of them use Procore so integration between contractors is pretty painless. But when they use Dropbox or others sometimes it gets tedious to download and upload everything. Harder for distribution lists to get across to everyone that needs to be on them. Drawings are not always up to date etc. Procore is by far the best!

Procore is fantastic for documentation and time stamps. The daily log tool is great for adding photos specific notes or conversations that may be pertinent information for fighting a battle over a change order. You can set up your daily tasks and or punch lists and assign them to crew leads with a checklist. They are then able to post photos for proof the work is completed for you to email to the General Contractor.
