I was introduced to this product while I was on a project. Our client was Oracle and they recommended it to use on our construction project to identify skills that potentially aren't getting met or a need to fill with another skill rather than putting onto an existing employee's responsibility.

Ceridian is a human capital management company that is similar to ProEdge. I've heard of this product as other fellow colleagues have used [it] with other companies. They've told me that ProEdge is a lot more user-friendly based [on] our need during project durations. We need something more detailed for capital management so the project team went with ProEdge.
