Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

The response time is usually fairly quick and they are willing to work with your on problem solving as well as when you want to think out side the box for new ideas on using prophix for additional analytics and structure reporting or calculations.
We are currently using it for budgeting, sales forecasting, sales reporting and analysis, freight tracking, and budgeting. It helps us to create all of our financial reporting pieces quickly and efficiently. We also budget down to the level of employee benefits. In addition we can provide our sales team with real time sales data analytics. We are looking forward to using it in additional dashboard KPI's and production efficiency and mix analysis.

  • It has allowed us to automate and provide more timely reporting. In addition to moving out of Excel based reporting we can create the reports easily and distribute them more timely to decision makers.
  • The ability to use both web based on smart client for users.
  • The ease of creating information without having to involve IT in every process. The user can develop processes, reporting, data, etc. on their own.
We have automated our sales and customers every night. We are currently moving forward to have our financials uploaded every night also; as well as the ability to upload them randomly ourselves. These ease of uploading a personnel file for budgeting with different criteria and analysis is great; prior to current version this was all entered manually.
It is important, and we have chosen to be on the cloud.
Much easier on boarding and ability to be flexible.
Having all the information in once place and easily able to change your views to see the data in a different structure. Ability to add unique calculations and scenarios to your budgeting process. Allocations and finding errors when processed dropped.
