Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

Prophix is used for insurance services for budgeting, forecasting and financial data use. Additionally we use Prophix for ad hoc reporting on a regular basis.
  • Templates for easy reporting.
  • Ease of use for ad hoc reporting.
  • Forecasting is not always user friendly.
  • Fixing issues is not always intuitive.
  • Positive impact by streamlining forecasting.
We use still use Prophix in addition to excel.
