Overall Satisfaction with PRWeb

We use PRWeb to announce exciting news pertinent to our community.
  • I am not pleased with the service.
  • We pay a great deal of money for the service and twice they have delayed releases to question our organization's information accuracy. Most recently, they questioned a grant receipt amount; they previously posted with no issue 2 years prior. I met their demand and had the information verified. Hours later they did not send the release delaying our reach impact. No reason why.
  • I cannot put a price on the reduced reach impact, however it is significant.
They have poor customer service and do not execute in a timely manner.

The service is suited for companies that have the cash to waste and a large staff to meet their requests and demands before they will send releases a business pays for.
