A Finger On The "Pulse" Of I.T. Management.
Overall Satisfaction with Pulseway
Originally Pulseway was implemented for use by the I.T. department but since then it has been rolled out for oversight to HR and Branch Management. The solution always for remote management and oversight across all the organization's machines and users. The Windows Server module integration and automation has made the I.T. Department, especially, more efficient. The easy to use interface and the ability to set access levels and permissions has allowed the system to be rolled out to other departments, primarily for oversight and oversight related purposes.
- Easy To implement.
- Easy to use, even for non-technical users.
- Automation. Set tasks to happen based on different triggers, like a service crash.
- The mobile application is very convenient and easy to use.
- The Windows Server Module integration is very convenient, especially if you run a local domain.
- I would like to see an agent for mobile devices, even just Android for now.
- The mobile app does lack some functionality.
- The Network Monitoring Feature is at an extra cost; I am not pleased with the pricing model here.
- Pulseway has improved the efficiency of the I.T. department.
- The extra oversight for management and H.R., especially as it relates to policies, has been great.
Ultimately price and user interface was the main reason for migrating to Pulseway but I will say that the pricing model for Network Monitoring is very much unsatisfactory. The service on the whole is robust, easy to use, feature-rich, and well priced. The anti-virus integration was a big plus also.
