Overall Satisfaction with Qlik Replicate
[Qlik Replicate was] mainly used for Change Data Capture[.]
- Change Data Capture
- Full Loads to MPP system
- Reading from log files from most of the sources in our case it is Oracle and SQL server
- When doing CDC from SQL server
- If we use Back up logs only then it doesn’t let us just add the new table we have to start the full load first and bring it to current and then start CDC
- Data Delivery without Replicate is just not possible
- It sometimes saves time
