It is being used across the whole organization to store and analyze data related to insurance policies. Qlik is being used for both internal measures (business metrics - revenue, client growth, etc.) and to offer client reports.
- Dashboards - You can build dashboards that look good and are easy to use.
- Ease of use - As everything can be clicked on, it makes it easy to play around with dashboards.
- Cannot export stories.
- Have to contact support for simple issues that could easily be resolved by the user.
- Support are not knowledgeable and are slow to respond.
- It allowed business to analyze trends more accurately.
- It allowed business to provide data to customers in an easy to read way.
Tableau through Salesforce was used but it is much easier to create and display data in Qlik. Users can analyze data and create visualizations quickly in Qlik while Salesforce is more arduous and requires more steps. Building dashboards/ architectures and interactive charts make Qlik much better than the Tableau add-in in Salesforce.
