Overall Satisfaction with Qlik Sense

It is used internationally and primarily it is used for data visualization. The main functionality I like to use is to easily apply filters and drill down. I use this platform for advanced analytics and for partner meetings. I am now implementing it to manage our innovation portfolio in terms of general overviews, data driven insights and portfolio management.

  • Intuitive for user.
  • Non intuitive for developer.
  • Steep learning curve (developer).
  • Issues loading zip codes for map.
  • Cost per license is always an issue.
  • Positive partner experience.
  • Internal data understanding.
Power BI, General Excel, one other which escapes my memory at this time.
Qlik is a great tool for data visualization and intuitive analytics so I would recommend that to any company or user looking to have a better understanding to the how/why of their data rather than just the what, which the data shows. Easy applied filters to apply this insight across your data sets.
