It is used as an alternative data visualization solution in our department and there was an exploration of applying it on different projects.

QlikView is cost-efficient and has a free desktop version to try out the different functions of it before you make the purchase decision.
Qlikview is good for small and medium businesses which have a low budget and don’t require large server space for a company-wide reporting solution.
