It's used by our BI department to make a determination of data analytics to improve processes in which we can achieve faster wait times. Understanding the time/date/nature of visits. A very holistic approach to make educated decisions.
- Fast to learn.
- Interacts with most Database or data sources.
- Pricing. Adding extra modules could lead to a much higher capital expense than originally budgeted.
- Integration in other reporting tools or internal intranet web portals is very hard to do. It requires much development work which translates to time/money.
It is inexpensive and cost prohibited software. Has alot of canned reports that you would need and doesn't request much development work. Widely adopted as an industry leader and works well with many of the top data source applications. Very easy to use and intuitive in the way it connects to external sources.
