Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics
We use Qualtrics to send out surveys after all of our special events and other random surveys as needed to our membership. It is a great tool for allowing us to succinctly communicate large ideas with our membership .
- Qualtrics is very easy to understand. We can introduce it to interns and have them using the product quickly and profiently.
- All of the different ways to compare data is really usefull. It is endless.
- I feel like sometimes Qualtrics can be a little too robust. It would almost be helpful if there was an easy use tab for surveys that aren't heavy in academic research.
- Qualtrics allows us to gauge the success of our event programming and allow us to see both strengths and weaknesses.
- Qualtrics allows us to keep pulse of our membership's needs and desires. If our members are not happy we are out of business.
I have used Survey Monkey in the past and the two products really don't even compare. Qualtrics offers so much more and is a far more robust tool.
